From refurbishment to relaunch
Following the completion of the first phase of our multi-million pound refurbishment earlier this year, we welcomed office agents from across Manchester to the official relaunch of Anchorage and to tour the building to see the inspiring space for themselves.
First stop was a light breakfast at The Quays, our brand-new food and beverage outlet, which has proven to be a big hit with tenants since it opened in March.
The Quays can be found in Anchorage 2 and forms part of the extensive ground floor refurbishment of this building which now also offers a tenant-friendly, contemporary concourse with collaborative workspace and dedicated facilities to boost tenant wellbeing.
The refurbishment has resulted in shower and changing facilities also being installed, as well as a flexible wellbeing studio which can be used for pop-up yoga classes or personal training sessions.
As well as the communal facilities and social spaces, the agents were shown around the renovated 8th and 9th floors of Anchorage 2 which have been comprehensively refurbished and are now ready for occupation. The refurbishment programme continues throughout the Anchorage estate, with other vacant floors available for bespoke redesign for potential new tenants.
After such a spectacular transformation, it’s safe to say everyone was suitably impressed with the renovations.
In a waterside location but excellent connectivity to the city centre, and now with a stunning interior to match its views, Anchorage really does have something for everyone.
